We are an entrepreneurial private investment group based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Presently, we have made investments in a variety of companies in the restaurant, casino management, swimming instruction, bilingual childcare and other retail sectors. We make our investments in different ways. For example:
- We frequently partner with entrepreneurs who own existing business. These investments are typically aimed at growing and scaling the existing business using joint venture structures.
- From time to time, we create and develop brand new businesses. In these circumstances, we ordinarily seek to partner with capable operators.
- On occasion, we make investments in businesses that we believe possess strong management and provide an excellent opportunity for investment return.
We believe our investment group is unique in that we not only provide capital and incubation to new and growing businesses, but we also provide them with administrative support, including accounting, finance, financial reporting, human resources, legal and compliance, marketing and digital marketing, and information technology support.
When evaluating our partnering and investment opportunities, we primarily focus on businesses headquartered in the Midwest region of the United States. Nevertheless, we will selectively invest throughout North America in situations where we believe our experience or support can bring unique value.
